SSI Recipients
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is for individuals with limited income and resources who are age 65 or older, blind, or have a qualifying disability. We love hearing success stories from all of you who choose our products for wellness, and we want to make it easier for you to achieve your goals. We just need the following:
Social Security Benefit Verification Letter. This letter can be downloaded and must be dated within 30 days of the attempt to enroll in the program. You can request this letter by visiting the SSI government website.

Additionally, coupons are not allowed when enrolled in the program again for the same reasons that enrollment in the program gets you our deepest discount. This discount program is only available online as we do not have a way to apply it in our brick-and-mortar locations.
